Are you using Color Blind-Safe Palettes with Power BI/Tableau?

The Problem:

If I were to ask in a poll, “How many of you have red-green colorblindness (the most common type)”, I can already guess that the answers would show 8% of males and 0.5% of females (of Northern European descent, at least) have red-green color blindness.
